Caroline Corning Creager, PT Biography
Caroline Creager, PT is the owner of Executive Physical Therapy in Boulder, Colorado and the originator of the Airobic Ball™. She graduated from the University of Montana with her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy. Caroline has taught workshops and given in-service presentations using the Swiss Ball at a variety of clinics and hospitals throughout the United States. She was featured in the September 6, 1993, and October 31, 1994 issues of Advance for PTs, the January 10, 1994 issue of Advance for OTs, June 26, 1995 issue of PT Today, September 1995 issue of Aspire, and May 1995 issue of Cooking Light Magazine. She has written three books: Therapeutic Exercises Using the Swiss Ball, Caroline Creager's Airobic Ball™ Strengthening Workout, and Caroline Creager's Airobic Ball™ Stretching Workout. Her goal is to enhance health professionals' understanding of using the Swiss Ball to facilitate individualized exercise programs.
