The Spine Symposium

Details

Description:
This symposium brings together a distinguished group of clinicians with expertise in the management and rehabilitation of acute and chronic cervical, thoracic, and lumbopelvic pain. The goal of this symposium is to bring together a myriad of advanced rehabilitation concepts, strategies, and techniques that can be used in clinical practice. Each presenter will explore the theory behind their techniques before demonstrating and applying them during demonstration/laboratory sessions. An evidenced based reference list will be provided as well as a detailed workbook outlining course content.

Objectives:
Upon the completion of this workshop, practitioners will be expected to:
1) Compare and contrast varied theoretical and rehabilitation strategies used in the management of spinal and pelvic floor dysfunction.
2) Observe and practice different types of therapeutic exercises and movement strategies used with spinal stabilization.
3) Have ample time to ask questions and enter into discussion with expert clinical faculty relating to their management of lumbopelvic dysfunction.
