Outline

This program will provide valuable information for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, owners, handlers, and trainers.

This year's conference will focus on rally and obedience, agility, animal assisted therapy, and core strengthening and conditioning.

Veterinarians and veterinary technicians will learn sports specific terminology to better serve and communicate with their clients.

Dog enthusiasts will learn about nutritional supplements for performance, strengthening and conditioning exercises, cranial cruciate ligament rupture, orthotics for performance dogs, and stretching for performance.  Gain exposure to nationally known experts which will enable veterinarians to better understand sporting events so that they may better serve their patients, and owners to better care for and condition their animals to be stronger competitors.

Live lab will allow vets and technicians to learn practical aspects of sports medicine topics and see demonstrations of sports and exercises.
