Dr. Carl DeRosa is an internationally recognized physical therapist and lecturer who resides in Flagstaff, Arizona.  Dr. DeRosa received his physical therapy education at the Mayo Clinic and subsequently completed his graduate studies in human anatomy.  Dr. DeRosa is presently Professor and Chairman of Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University and is also the owner of DeRosa Physical Therapy in Flagstaff, Arizona. 

Together Mr. Porterfield and Dr. ReRosa have co-authored several book chapters and the textbooks, Mechanical Low Back Pain: Perspectives in Functional Anatomy and Mechanical Neck Pain:  Perspectives in Functional Anatomy
