The focus of this course is to break away from traditional therapies and explore new strengthening, stretching, balance, and cardiovascular methods using the Swiss Ball. This course will also teach you how to enhance evaluation skills and augment your treatment program using the Swiss Ball. Swiss Ball activities add diversification to treatment regimens and are enjoyed by all ages and patient populations. The following patient populations have been successfully treated with the Swiss Ball: pediatric, post-partum, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, chronic pain, and sports medicine.
