Joint stiffness remains the single most common complication following surgical intervention at the knee joint. This month we are going to discuss the post-operative treatment of knee patients, specifically how to avoid knee stiffness and how to treat it when it presents. Knee stiffness is a significant problem in orthopedics and sports medicine that physical therapists routinely see.
